— Mathew B. Brady, at about 27 years of age...and prior to his activities as a daguerreotypist, is listed as doing business here as a jewel, miniature, and surgical case manufacturer here from 1844-1845.
— The daguerreian materials supplier, Andrew Prosch, is listed as doing business here from 1845-1850.
— The daguerreian materials supplier, George W. Prosch, is listed as doing business here from 1847-1848.
— The daguerreotypist Nathan G. Burgess is listed as doing business here from 1849-1852.
